The spacious apartment I booked initially had some minor repairs pending, but to my delight, the staff graciously upgraded me to an even more spacious two-bedroom apartment at no extra cost. This gesture not only showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction but also highlighted the professionalism that defines this establishment.Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern amenities provided, including a washer and dryer, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The presence of a well-equipped kitchen with cookware and kitchen utensils made dining in a breeze, a great option for those looking to save on dining expenses during their travels.The inclusion of free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV ensured that I could stay connected and unwind after a day of exploring Rome's charming streets.
